On May 20th, over 300 people joined in the Fashion Capital of the World to support VillageCare's annual Tulips & Pansies - The Headdress Affair, a runway show which brings together prestigious fashion and floral designers to create elaborate headdresses. Held at Gotham Hall, this springtime floral fete raises funds and awareness for VillageCare's HIV/AIDS Services and the designers outdid themselves once again!
Co-Chairing the evening were People's Revolution Founder, Kelly Cutrone and Writer & Direct-Action Philanthropist, Ariana Rockefeller. Host James Aguiar kicked off the event and kept us entertained along with the fabulous models! Headdress competition judges included NYC Real Housewife Kelly Killoren Bensimon; Fashion Week creator and industry leader Fern Mallis; Fashion Designer John Bartlett; Fashion Designer Ashleigh Verrier and Fashion Consultant Freddie Leiba.
