What we do
We use a multidisciplinary approach involving the doctor, nurse, physical therapist, home health aide and nurse coordinator.
Our specially trained nurses and therapists work as a team to assist each patient requiring rehabilitation to reach their optimal level of independence.
Stroke patients may reduce or eliminate many physical and functional deficiencies with our comprehensive program.
Most joint replacement patients experience a major reduction in joint pain while experiencing a significant improvement in their ability to perform their daily activities.
